Why I'm building this

I'm building Snagsmith independently, based in the UK. Before this, I worked on compliance products — turning messy information into something someone could act on with confidence. Snagsmith applies the same idea to hospitality: the snag list is already sitting in your reviews. Someone just has to read it properly.
